This hotel is luxury and ideal, has smart employees with the check in receptionist. The location was great, in the area of restaurant we were seating with easy access to shopping centers and a market. There was Oporto nearby, offering quick meals.

The service was efficient, and our room was well-equipped with a nice interior, although a few employees were a bit rude.

The location of the hotel was convenient and quiet, only about a 10-15 minute walk from Bicentennial Park. The restaurant was spacious for dinner, and I enjoyed trying the tasty dishes.

I enjoyed my one-night stay at a recently renovated room with a full-size fridge and kitchenette, and the staff were all efficient and top-notch.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town center and surrounding areas. The staff is hospitable, responsive, and quick to fulfill requests. Our room had amenities like coffee, a lounge, and a couch. The venue is cozy and peaceful, close to shops and attractions. It's just a short walk to Bicentennial Park from the hotel.

Excellent personnel is with the check in receptionist. My must haves' are a high standard, top-notch room with Ultra 4K big screen TV as well as a separate bedroom...

It was very clean and comfortable. The dark curtains were brilliant, they really kept the light out so you can sleep past the break of dawn. The breakfast was lovely too and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was recently renovated with comfortable bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Really enjoyed that we had a lounge and a couch. The location was great and peaceful, in the restaurant-fantastic.

The bathroom has useful toiletries and is kept very tidy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers leisure facilities like a well-stocked bar and other amenities. However, the only drawback is the disruptive noise from the nearby laundry truck in the morning, which led to an inconvenient start to the day.

Wonderful attention to detail!

I arrived on a hot summer evening and was immediately impressed by the efficient and friendly check-in process. However, when I entered my room, I was taken aback by the heat inside. The beautiful tiles on the floor were radiating heat, making it almost unbearable. I quickly turned on the aircon and ceiling fan, hoping for some relief. Despite the initial discomfort, the room eventually cooled down to a nice temperature the next morning.

Although the restaurant was a bit pricey, the meals were top-notch and the menu offered a nice variety. The only downside was that the coffee pods were not complimentary and had to be paid for separately.
